NEET 2021 Counselling date and Process

NEET 2021 Counselling date and Process details are here. Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) will be conducting NEET 2021 Counselling in the last week of October on behalf of this organization. It is scheduled for 2021 to hold NEET-UG Counselling for admissions into MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, BVSc & AHA, and BSc Nursing.

Filling the choices of colleges and courses for admission during MCC NEET 2021. After the registration process, NEET-UG seats going to be allot. And based on the NEET scores, choices filled in, seat availability, reservation criteria, etc. NEET Counselling will fill around 20,089 seats among all deemed/central universities, ESIC/AFMS institutions, AIIMS, and JIPMER colleges.

Candidates should note that admission at Central and Deemed Universities will be available under seats reserved for wards of insured individuals. This policy is in medical colleges’ Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and admission in Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) Pune will be based on NEET 2021 counselling.

Eligibility Requirements for NEET Counselling

  1. The minimum qualifying score for NEET will be the 50th percentile (for SC, ST, OBC, and physically handicapped general, the 45th percentile).
  2. Additionally, the ministry releases a list of qualified candidates who are not eligible to apply under the 15% AIQ.
  3. MCC’s website registration is a must before a candidate is eligible to receive counselling.

 Documents For The NEET 2021 Counselling

  1. Admit cards for the NEET 2021 examination
  2. Results of the NEET 2021 examination or rank letter
  3. Marks and certificates for the 10th grade
  4. Certificate and mark sheet of class 12
  5. An official government-issued photo ID that is valid and not expired
  6. The NEET 2020 application form asks for six to eight passport-sized photos (such as those submitted with the application)
  7. (If applicable) A copy of the Certificate of Caste
  8. (If applicable) Disability Certificate
  9. Allotment letter in provisional form

Counselling for NEET 2021: State Quota Seats

There will be a Counselling process in each state for the remaining 85% of seats. Counselling for admission to private colleges will also take place within each state. However, Jammu & Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana will only use state Counselling for college admission.
